**Team Officials** or other members who are assigned the role of **Reporter **may need to add an **Official **to a match sheet as part of their game day administration duties.

This task needs to be completed prior to the commencement of the match.

> In the event that a referee is not assigned or available for a match, the home team has the ability to [add a Non-Accredited Referee](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FAQ/pages/110002252)**, **which will grant the home team **Reporters** access to **Game **and **Post Game** functionality.

## **Add an official**

To add an **Official **to the match sheet, perform the following:

1. Open the ***DRIBL ***app.
2. Tap :Match_Centre: **Match Centre **from the navigation bar.
3. Locate and select the match you need to manage.
4. Tap **Match Sheet**.
5. Tap **Officials** from the **Pre Game** section.
6. Tap :Borrow: **Add Official**.
7. Enter the **First Name** and **Last Name** of the official.
8. Tap **Official Type** and choose from the available options listed.
9. Tap **Notes** and enter a brief description to describe the reason for adding the official.
10. Perform a final check and tap on **Save**.

## **Update an official**

To update the details of an **Official** on the match sheet, perform the following:

1. Open the ***DRIBL ***app.
2. Tap :Match_Centre: **Match Centre **from the navigation bar.
3. Locate and select the match you need to manage.
4. Tap **Match Sheet**.
5. Tap **Officials** from the **Pre Game** section.
6. Tap and hold down on the officials name and select **Update** from the available options listed
7. Update the details as required and tap on **Save**.

## **Delete an official**

To delete an **Official** from the match sheet, perform the following:

1. Open the ***DRIBL ***app.
2. Tap :Match_Centre: **Match Centre **from the navigation bar.
3. Locate and select the match you need to manage.
4. Tap **Match Sheet**.
5. Tap **Officials** from the **Pre Game** section.
6. Tap and hold down on the officials name and select **Delete **from the available options listed.
