The Dribl platform provides an additional layer of security that allows final checks to be performed by competition administrators, prior to making a member match sheet available (available for selection on the match sheet).

Such final checks for approval may include: Check of required coaching or referee certifications, Checks for Active Working with children accreditation etc

**As a coach or manager**, it is important to know the status of which of your team members are, or are not currently match sheet available. 

> ⚠️ If a member has not been marked as match sheet available, they cannot be selected as part of the team selections on match day.


### Check all team member match sheet availability status (In Bulk) via *DRIBL* Web Admin

1. [Login](https://app.dribl.com/signin/) to ***DRIBL*** web admin with Coach or Manager Dribl access
2. Select the **Members **function
3. Select the **Filter **option (top right of screen)
4. Scroll down to the ‘**Matchsheet Availability**’ heading

- Tick **Active **=> To view all members that **are **match sheet activated
- Tick **Inactive **=> To view all members that are **not **match sheet activated

5. Click the **Apply **button, to apply the selected filter above.

If any members are found to not be match sheet activated yet, please contact your club administrator to discuss when they can be activated. 


### Check Individual member match sheet availability status via DRIBL Web Admin

1. [Login](https://app.dribl.com/signin/) to ***DRIBL*** web admin with Coach or Manager Dribl access
2. Select the **Match Sheets **function
3. Click on the **Match Sheet Details** icon for the relevant match (Icon Far right)
4. If the member **IS** match sheet available - they will display on screen as an available member to select on the match sheet.

If the member is **NOT **match sheet available - they will NOT display on screen as an available member to select on the match sheet. Please contact your club administrator to discuss when they can be activated.
