Coaches, Managers & Club Administrators can raise a dispute if they believe that an error has been made on the match sheet by a team or match official.

The dispute can be raised utilizing either: The ***DRIBL ***App or ***DRIBL ***Web Admin *(instructions below)*

> 📝 <u>**Important**</u>: In order to raise a dispute, the <u>below 2 pre-requisites must be met:</u>
> 📝 
> 📝 1. The Competition Admin must have **Enabled the ‘Dispute’ option** against the relevant league
> 📝 2. The person raising the dispute must have the ***DRIBL *****access role of ‘Reporter’**

Once raised, the dispute can be reviewed by a competition or league administrator to determine an outcome.

### How to raise a **Dispute** via the ***DRIBL *****App**

1. Open the ***DRIBL ***app.
2. Tap :Match_Centre: **Match Centre **from the navigation bar.
3. Locate and select the match you need to manage.
4. Tap on **Match Sheet**.
5. Tap **Disputes **from the **Post Game** section.
6. Tap on the :Plus: icon to add a dispute.
7. Tap **Title **and type a brief description of the nature of the dispute.
8. Supporting commentary needs to be provided as part of the submission. Tap **Comments **and type a clear and concise description of the dispute.
9. Review all details to ensure they are correct and then tap **Save**.


### How to raise a **Dispute **via the ***DRIBL *****Web Admin**

1. [Login](https://app.dribl.com/signin/) to ***DRIBL***
2. Select the **Match Sheets** function
3. Use the Search or Filter options to find the relevant match sheet
4. Click on the **Match Sheet Details** icon (circle located right side of relevant match line)
5. Navigate to the **Disputes **tab
6. Press the plus **'+'** button to raise a dispute
7. Enter a title and add all relevant description details for the dispute
8. Click **Save **button to complete

Note: The match that has had a dispute raised against it will be indicated with an Orange exclamation mark icon on the left hand side of the line.

> 📝 Once a dispute is submitted, the Club Administrator (for the submitting team) and the relevant Body Administrators will be automatically notified via email and an in-app notification
