**Team Officials** such as team coaches and managers who have been assigned the Dribl access role of **Team Reporter**, are responsible for preparing and submitting their team sheet for the match as part of their game day administrative duties. This task needs to be completed before the match begins, allowing the opposition team time to confirm the selections.

## 1. Select your starting line-up and substitutes

To make your team selections, perform the following steps:

> 1. Open the ***DRIBL ***app (with Coach or Manager Dribl access)
> 2. Tap :Match_Centre: **Match Centre **from the navigation bar.
> 3. Locate and select the match you need to administer.
> 
> > ⚠️ Cannot see the match sheet for your team? Contact your **club administrator **to confirm if all required [Club member setup steps pre-requisite steps](https://help.dribl.com/space/CL/482410500/Club+Member+Setup+Steps) have been completed

> 4. Tap on the **Match Sheet** tab.
> 5. Select either the **Home Team** or **Away Team** option from the **Pre Game** section.
> 6. Tap on :Available:  **Available **for each player, coach & manager that is available for this match.
> 
> > ℹ️ Players must be marked as :Available:  **Available **before they can marked as Playing or Starting
> 
> 7. Tap on   **Playing **for each player that is in this part of the match day squad
> 
> > ℹ️ Players only marked as   **Playing **(and not marked as Starting) are the players that will begin the match on the bench as Substitutes
> 
> 8. Tap on :Starting:  **Starting** for each player that will be playing in the Starting line-up for this match.

## 2. Assign team roles and Jersey numbers

For most competitions there will be a minimum requirement to assign a unique jersey number to each player. You may also need to specify who your goal keeper(s) are and who your team captain is for the match. For steps on how to perform these tasks, follow the links below:

## 3. Borrow players, coaches, managers or staff (Optional)

If you need to borrow any players, coaches, managers or staff for the specific match day - this task can also be completed via the Dribl app. Steps to do so are available in the below links:

## 4. Submit the team sheet

Each team coach or manager with **Dribl Team Reporter** access must [submit the team sheet](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TO/pages/59834379) prior to kick off.

> 📝 **Note**: Once you click the **submit **button to submit your team selections, the Opposition team Team coach/manager with Dribl Team Reporter access <u>will immediately be able to see your team selections for review and confirmation.</u>

> 📝 If you would like to prepare your team selections without the opposition seeing your selections (until the required submission prior to kick off)
> 📝 
> 📝 Make all your team selections following the steps above, but do not tap Submit, your team selections will remain in Draft mode and allow you to make additional changes.
> 📝 
> 📝 Once you are comfortable all your selections have been been finalized,** tap the Submit button prior to your competitions required team submission time which is always before kick off time.** * Check with your competition administrator if you are unsure what your specific team submission cut off time is for your competition.

## 5. Confirm the Opposition team selections

Once your opposition team has submitted their team, you as the Opposition team Team coach/manager with Dribl Team Reporter access can now see the opposition team selections, review and confirm them via these steps => [confirm the opposition team selections](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TO/pages/23887873).
