If you have already [Installed the Dribl app](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SU/pages/132186132) the final pre-requisite step to access the full functionality of the Dribl app is to create your Dribl account.

> ⚠️ You only need one Dribl account - there is no need to create another Dribl account if you have already have one. Creating a second Dribl account can cause Dribl access issues. Simply log into the Dribl app using your existing unique Dribl username and password. If you have forgotten your password, there is a password reset link option.


If you do not already have a Dribl account,  to create a Dribl account - complete the following steps:

1. [Install the Dribl App](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ME/pages/127533068) *(if not already installed)*
2. Once the app has been installed, tap on the **Dribl **icon to open it.
3. Tap on **Sign Up**

> ℹ️ If you have already signed up and activated your Dribl account, please tap on the **I have an account** option to sign in. If you have forgotten your password, please use the “forgotten password: link.

4. Enter your **email address **and then tap **Next**.

5. Enter a **password **and then tap **Next**. The password needs to be at least six (6) characters. We recommend that you [create a strong password](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MYA/pages/18251911).
6. Enter the 6-digit **verification code** that was sent to your email address to validate your account. If you don’t receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam mailbox in case it has been caught there.
7. Your Dribl Account is activated once you have verified your email address. Tap **Next**.
8. Select <u>**your**</u> profile from the list and then tap **Next**.
9. Tap **Finish **to complete the process and access the Dribl App

 

> 📝 If your profile was not listed in Step 8 above and you are only presented with a list a family members, tap **None of these profiles are mine** and continue to create a new profile for yourself by following the below steps

1. Enter <u>**your**</u> **First name** and **Last name** - Tap **Next**.
2. Enter <u>**your**</u> **Date of Birth** - Tap **Next**.

3. Upon successful validation, your Dribl account and profile is successfully created. Tap **Finish **to complete the process.
