As a Referee Administrator, you can set the Administration fees on referee payments and Levies for matches you send to other referee associations for appointment. 


To Set the Administration fees:

1. [Log in to ](https://app.dribl.com/)*[DRIBL](https://app.dribl.com/)*
2. Click on **Rate Cards.**
3. Click the **Edit** icon ( ) of a rate card.
4. Update the **Club Charge**

> Macro (rw-ui-textbox-macro)
> 
> The **Club Charge** is the **Referee Rate** plus the administration fees that will be charged to the participating clubs.

5. Click **Update.**


To Create a Levy:

1. [Log in to ](https://app.dribl.com/)*[DRIBL](https://app.dribl.com/)*
2. Click on **Levy**.
3. Click the **Create** icon ( )
4. Select the **Linked Club**
5. Select the **Referee Role**
6. Enter the **Branch Levy Percentage**
7. Select applicable **Competitions**
8. Click **Create.**
