Rate cards are used to apply the correct payment amount to referees who are officiating a match.

Referee Administrators are the only users that can create Rate Cards and map the correct amounts to the applicable match compositions.

*Bespoke rate cards can be created to apply to entire competitions, or by individual league.

 

### Create a Rate Card

1. [Login](https://app.dribl.com/) to ***DRIBL*** with a Dribl account that has been assigned Dribl ‘RA’ access

2. Select the **Rate Cards** function
3. Click plus **‘+’** to **Create** a new read card (top right of screen)
4. Enter all the required data as per Rate Card Settings below by Competition or by League
5. Click **Create** button - once all data has been entered.

  

### Competition specific Rate Card Settings

| **Use League Toggle** | Toggle this option **Off** to set up a Rate Card that will apply to the specified subset of:<br>**Competition**, Age Group & Division selected |
| **League** | *League options will be greyed out, as the use league toggle is off.* |
| **Competition** | The competition that the rate card will apply to |
| **Age Group** | *(Optional) *The Age Group that the rate card will apply to.<br>*If no age group is specified, rate card will apply to all age groups within the specified competition. |
| **Division** | *(Optional) *The Division that the rate card will apply to.<br>*If no Division is specified, rate card will apply to all divisions within the specified competition. |
| **Role** | The Role that the rate set will apply to. |
| **Referee Rate** | The Rate applicable per match for the selected role in the selected context specified above. |
| **Club Charge** | The Amount to charge to club per match. |

 

Note that the application of the Competitions, Age Groups and Divisions is aggregated.

**Competition Rate Card example:** If the following settings have been configured on a rate card:

- **Competitions: ***Boys Youth League*
- **Age Group: ***U14*
- **Division: ***Not specified*

This would apply the above specified rate card settings to all matches in the Boys Youth League, that have u14 age group specified teams across all divisions.

  

### League specific Rate Card Settings

| **League** | **Select the specific league** to only apply this rate card to from the drop-down list |
| **Competition** | *Competition options will be greyed out, as the use league toggle is off.* |
| **Age Group** | *Age Group options will be greyed out, as the use league toggle is off.* |
| **Division** | *Division options will be greyed out, as the use league toggle is off.* |
| **Role** | The Role that the rate set will apply to. |
| **Referee Rate** | The Rate applicable per match for the selected role in the selected context specified above. |
| **Club Charge** | The Amount to charge to club per match. |
