You can view, add or modify all certificate details for referees in your competition(s) via the below process:

### How to View, Add, Modify or Delete a certificate for each match official

1. Click on Members
2. Search for the relevant referee member
3. Click on the “Certification” icon

4. You will now have the option to add, modify or delete any General, Coaching or Referee certificate.

### How to view the current Certificate status for each match official

A referee may require several Referee certificates and/or General Certificates in order to be eligible to be allocated to officiate a match.

Upon selecting the “Map Referee” function you will be able to quickly see if the referee does / does not / or has some of the required certificates via the 2 icons below:

- **Click **on CertificateIcon  (left) - to see all “**General Certificates**” required and current status
- **Click **on CertificateIcon  (right) -  to see all “**Referee Certificates**” required and current status

### Certificate status visualization icons

At a glace you can quickly visually see if the referee has all, some or non of the required certificates via the “traffic light” coded visualization below:

- Green = Referee has ALL required certificates
- Yellow = Referee has SOME of the required certificates
- Red = Referee has NON of the required certificates
