You may find that your child's member profile isn't visible to you when using the **Member Lookup **feature to link them. This happens because either the contact email address on their profile differs from yours, or you're not listed as an emergency contact with your email address.

To resolve this, you can consider the following options:

### **Request another family member to add you as an emergency contact**

If you’re not listed as an emergency contact, a family member who has linked to your child’s account can add you using the following steps: 


1. Open the ***DRIBL ***app on your device.
2. Tap :Profile: **Profile** from the navigation bar.
3. Tap **Linked Members** and select the child’s profile from the list of **Approved Members**.
4. Tap **Personal Information **from within the **Settings** options.
5. Within the **Emergency Contacts **setting, tap **Add. **
6. Enter the **Name**, **Email**, and **Phone Number, **then tap **Save **to add the emergency contact.

### **Request another family member to edit your emergency contact details**

If you're listed as an emergency contact but your email address is missing from your contact details or needs updating, a family member who has linked to your child’s account can update your details using the following steps: 


1. Open the ***DRIBL ***app on your device.
2. Tap :Profile: **Profile** from the navigation bar.
3. Tap **Linked Members** and select the child’s profile from the list of **Approved Members**.
4. Tap **Personal Information **from within the **Settings** options.
5. Within the **Emergency Contacts **setting, tap on your contact details**. **
6. Add or update your email address in the **Email **field,** **then tap **Save**.

### **Request A Club Administrator add you as an emergency contact **

Reach out to a **Club Administrator** at your club and request them to include you as an emergency contact on your child’s member profile.
