If you have logged into Dribl and a family member's profile is displayed instead, chances are that you may have accidentally activated their account instead of your own or they activated their account with your email address.

To resolve this, we recommend the following steps: 

1. Ensure that you are logged in and follow these steps to [deactivate your family members Dribl account](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MYA/pages/17793502). This will remove the account email address from their profile.
2. Follow these steps to [activate your member account](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GS/pages/19890177) with your email address.

If the above doesn’t work and you are still having issues, [submit a request](/page/support) to our support team to assist with troubleshooting further.
