**Coaches and Managers **or other designated members assigned the Dribl access role of **Reporter**, have access to submit a request to forfeit a match for their team.

As a **Match Official**, you also have access to submit a forfeit request if required.

> 📝 Note: The system will automatically add the name of the person who submitted for the forfeit request for competition integrity purposes.

> **Important:** A match is only considered forfeited when the request is accepted and approved by the competition administrator.

### How to submit a Forfeit Request:

1. Open the ***DRIBL ***app.
2. Tap :Match_Centre: **Match Centre **from the navigation bar.
3. Locate and select the match you need to manage.
4. Tap on **Match Sheet**.
5. Tap **Forfeit Request **from the **Post Game** section.
6. Tap on the :Plus: icon to add a forfeit request.
7. Select the team that is forfeiting the match.
8. Provide a brief description on the reason for the forfeit request, which will depend on whether you are the forfeiting team or not. Tap **Notes **and type a clear and concise description.
9. Review all details to ensure they are correct and then tap **Save**.
