The follow **Teams **option allows you to follow any team that participates in a competition that utilizes Dribl as their competition management system.

1. Tap on the **Following ** option (bottom of screen)
2. Tap on the **Teams **tab
3. Tap on the **+** icon to find a league to follow (top right of screen)

Navigate through the screens to find the team you wish to follow by selecting the relevant:

4. Association => Club => Team
5. Once you have found the relevant team - tap the grey **Follow ** button

> 📝 Once selected, the grey Follow button will turn blue and display Following

6. Tap the blue Follow icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to complete the process.

The selected team will now display under the teams tab.

You can now view all Matches, Results and Ladders for the selected team under the [Match Centre](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ME/pages/129925123)  function of the Dribl App.
