Judiciary Reports can be created and sent to various User Groups for review or record keeping.


To send out Judiciary reports, you will need to set up User Groups.

To set up User Groups, complete the following steps:

1. [Log in to ](https://app.dribl.com/)*[DRIBL](https://app.dribl.com/)*
2. Select **User Groups **from the **Actions** menu or the main navigation menu.
3. Click **+**(Create) from the task menu.
4. Enter all the relevant information for the User Group.

| **Name** | User groups name |
| **Type** | User groups type |
| **User Group Members** | Member names |

5. Click **Create.**


### Judiciary Reports

Once your User Groups have been made, you can generate the reports to send to those respective groups by following these steps:

1. Select **Judiciary Reports** from the **Actions** menu or the main navigation menu.
2. Click **+**(Create) from the task menu.
3. Enter all the relevant information for the User Group.

| --- | --- |
| **Start Date** | Start date of matchsheets. |
| **End Date** | End date of matchsheets. |
| **Judiciary User Group** | User Group you want to send the reports to. |
| **Send to Clubs?** | Select yes or no to send associated parts of the report to the club administrators. |

4. Click **+ **to add the matchsheet to the Judiciary Reports and click **Next** to progress.
5. Confirm the details of the report and click **Submit**.
