Body Administrators can manually request to transfer an approved registration record from Play Football to Dribl via a manual fetch process following the steps below:  
  
Web: 

1. Log into ***[DRIBL ](https://app.dribl.com/signin/)***
2. Select **Registrations **from the Actions menu or the main navigation menu.
3. Click on **Fetch from API **icon
4. Enter the FFA number of the member you wish to transfer to Dribl, click **Fetch and Process**.
5. Go back to the **Registrations** menu and search for the FFA ID.

The registration should now be visible. If the record doesn't appear, this means that the Play Football API has not yet made the registration available to ingest. It may take a few hours from the time of approval in Play Football before it becomes accessible in Dribl.
