A Competition Administrator may on occasion be required to postpone a match.

A **Postponed Match** means a match that has been postponed from its original scheduled date and will be rescheduled to be played at a later date in the remainder of the season.

 

#### Postpone a single match

To postpone a single match, complete the following steps:

1. [Login](https://app.dribl.com/signin/) to ***DRIBL***
2. Select **Recorder **from the **Actions** menu or the main navigation menu.
3. Locate the match that needs to be postponed (utilize search or filter options)
4. Hover over the match record and click on the **ellipsis menu** (3 dots) next to the **Status** column.
5. Click **Postpone **from the options menu.
6. Click **OK** to confirm that you want to postpone the event.
7. Confirm that the **Status **for the match has changed to **Postponed**.

 

#### Postpone multiple matches

To postpone multiple fixtures at the same time (in bulk), complete the following steps:

1. [Login](https://app.dribl.com/signin/) to ***DRIBL***
2. Select **Events **from the **Actions** menu or the main navigation menu.
3. Click on the **Filters** icon and set the required criteria to refine the list of fixtures to those that need to be postponed, Click **Apply** to apply the selected filters.
4. Click the **Bulk Options** icon from the menu.
5. Click **Postpone Events**.
6. Review the list of events to be postponed and exclude any fixtures by toggling the button from green to red, Click **Next**.
7. Review the number of events to be postponed is correct and click **Submit **to proceed. If any changes need to be made, click the **Previous **button prior to submitting.
8. Click **OK** to confirm that you want to proceed to postpone the events.
9. Click on **Return to Events**

> Once completed, an email and app notification will automatically be sent to all members associated with their respective matches (coaches, manager, referees and players) advising that the match has been postponed.
