When reviewing registration records for approval in Dribl, you may occasionally come across an 'Integrity Error'.

Integrity Errors are warning flags that indicate a potential issue with a participant’s registration.
They are triggered when incorrect or conflicting data is entered by the registrant or provided to Dribl by third-party registration platforms.

These issues must be reviewed and corrected before the registration can be approved.

### How to resolve Integrity Errors

1. [Login](https://app.dribl.com/signin/) to ***DRIBL*** web admin with BA (Body Administrator) Dribl access
2. Select the **Registration **function
3. Use **Search or Filter **options to locate the Registration record that has an integrity error
4. Click **Review** icon
5. Press the **tick **icon to save changes.

Each data issue will be listed under the unresolved errors message in red.
There are **three common reasons** why Integrity Errors occur when approving a registration in Dribl:

| | |
| --- | --- |
| **Issue** | **Description** |
| 1. **[Existing Registration](https://help.dribl.com/space/CL/459800578/Integrity+Errors#1.-Existing-Registration-Issue)** | The participant is already registered with another club in Dribl and has not yet been de-registered. |
| 2. **[FFA Number Conflict](https://help.dribl.com/space/CL/459800578/Integrity+Errors#2.-FFA-Number-Issue)** | The participant has two different FFA numbers in the system. |
| 3. **[Name Change](https://help.dribl.com/space/CL/459800578/Integrity+Errors#3.-Name-Change-Issue)** | The participant has entered a different first, middle, or last name compared to their previous registration. |

Each of these issues can be resolved by following the steps below.
