As the person with the role of submitting your team(s) match sheet each week (ie Club admin, Team Coach or Team Manager), it is important to be prepared with the required manual backup resources – **A printed copy of your team(s):** 1. **ID cards** => [How to generate ID cards](https://help.dribl.com/space/LA/439582733/ID+Card+Generator#How-to-generate-ID-cards-for-entire-team-(for-printout)) 2. **Match sheet** => [How to generate a paper match sheet](https://help.dribl.com/space/LA/422281222/Paper+match+sheet+generator+-+Backup+resources) Having these 2 pieces of backup material printed off and available in your kit bag (keep in a protective plastic sleeve) to utilize on any given match day, will ensure you can still complete the match sheet and player verification processes in order to commence a match if the Dribl system is unavailable due to any technical issues. Please Note: This process only needs to be completed once per season (not every week).   ### How to generate ID cards for entire team (for printout) 1. Use the filter options to filter down to the specific team you wish to generate ID cards for: i) Click on the **Teams** (1) menu and then click on **Filters** (2) ii) Select the relevant **filter **options to filter down to the required team (ie filter by **Competition, Club & Age Group**) iii) Click **Apply** (3) and then **Close** (4) to apply the selected filters ![image-20251126-000305.png](media://f522a9b2-0776-42b2-b279-113194202a63) 2. Now that you have filtered down to the specific team you wish to generate a team ID card printout for, Click on the **Report** icon (1) and then select **Member Card** (2) ![image-20251126-000644.png](media://234d60dd-6173-4164-a8e1-f128715e8622) 3. To refresh the status whilst the file is being generated, click on the **refresh** icon (1) in Dribl admin *File may take a few minutes to generate Once the status shows as **Complete** (2) – click the **Download** icon (3) to download the generated file ![image-20251126-000942.png](media://66d2a28f-382d-413c-8af7-ba945e4a5a8b) 6. Upon clicking on the download button, this will display all team member ID cards across a number of pages on screen within your web browser window. You can now keep a copy of the team ID sheet via: (1) **Download** – Save an electronic copy of the PDF file (2) **Print** – Print a copy of the PDF file to A4 paper ![image](media://60b95d99-927c-4d1b-8103-07a164138c9a) All members that have been mapped to the relevant team will appear in the ID printout including all Players, Coaches, Managers and Team Staff. - Please print a copy of the ID card sheet for your relevant team(s) and keep the printout in a plastic protective sleeve in your kit bag each week. This will be used for participant verification purposes in the event  that the Dribl system is not accessible due to any technical issue.   **Match Sheet Print Out** Please also print a copy of the Match Sheet Team Template for your relevant team(s) Instructions for how to perform this task can be found here => [How to generate a paper match sheet](https://help.dribl.com/space/LA/422281222/Paper+match+sheet+generator+-+Backup+resources) You are now prepared with the required backup material to utilize on match day in case of any technical issue with the Dribl system.   ### Optional: How to generate a single ID card You also have the option to generate an ID card just for one individual club member (i.e. for a borrowed player). If you would like to do this follow the below steps: A) Click on the **Members** menu and perform a search for the individual you would like to generate an ID card for ![image](media://e1de5aeb-248d-4d9c-a3a1-02b6630b0052) B) Once you have found the relevant member – repeat steps 2-5 above This will generate the individuals ID card.
