Dribl is a fully integrated online platform, as such just like any online platform there may be the odd occasion where the system may be inaccessible for a period of time prohibiting access to the platform.

To prepare for the possibility of such a scenario and to ensure matches can still kick off as scheduled, it is important for Competition Administrators to advise their clubs and members of their own local offline procedures that are in place for such a scenario and how to prepare the offline backup material required that can be generated from within the Dribl platform.

> 📝 The generation of backup material only needs to be performed once per season prior, ideally prior to round 1.

Generally in order to kick off a match, most competitions require a match sheet to be submitted with team selections made. Some competitions may also require an ID verification process to occur.

Dribl provides the tools to generate template files that contain a pre-populated team list on a match sheet and the ID cards for the entire team to meet these 2 key requirements.
