Dribl provides a powerful capability of auto scheduling fixtures by configuring the football calendar, timetables and schedule optimisations. However, there are times when administrators wish to manually adjust fixtures for a variety of reasons, utilising a visual timeline.

The timeline displays an aggregated calendar across all competitions with filtering options to provide ease of use. A simple drag-and-drop capability is provided to move fixtures within the timeline or to move unallocated fixtures into a suitable field and time slot.

Body Admins can also enable the timeline at Competition or specific League level for a period of time to allow Club Administrators to allocate their home matches within the constraints of the Football Calendar.

###  How to Use the Timeline

1. **Go to** the **Timeline** view from your competition dashboard.
2. **Use the filters** at the top to refine your view (e.g., by competition, field, or date range).
3. To **reschedule a fixture**, click and drag it to a new time slot or field.
4. To **allocate an unassigned fixture**, drag it from the **Unallocated Fixtures** list into a suitable field and time slot.
5. **Changes are saved automatically**, ensuring your fixture list remains accurate and up to date.
