| **Edit** | The** Edit** function allows quick corrections to scores or match outcomes **without resetting** the match sheet to a pending state. This is useful when scores are in dispute or need adjusting. You can also use this function to apply a forfeit by selecting the forfeiting team. |
| **Abandon** | Select Abandon when a match has started but cannot be completed due to circumstances such as severe weather, lighting failure, or crowd issues. The match will require further action by the competition administrator. |
| **Washout** | To record a washout, select Washout from the options menu and click OK to confirm. The match status will update to either Washout – Reschedule or Washout – Cancelled, depending on your league's default washout settings. This is typically used when a match cannot proceed due to weather or other unforeseen conditions. |
| **Reset** | Use Reset to return a fixture to its pending state if incorrect scores or match statuses were applied. This allows administrators to re-enter the score or match details from scratch.<br>Resetting is an essential function for managing fixtures and maintaining accurate competition records. |
| **Reset Event ** | This option clears all data from the match sheet—teams, scores, cards, substitutions—resetting the fixture as a brand-new match. Use this if the entire match data needs to be re-entered. |
| **Postpone** | Select Postpone Match from the menu if a match cannot be played on its scheduled date and will be rescheduled to a later date within the season. This preserves the match record and allows for a future reschedule. |
| **Cancel** | Use Cancel when a match has been officially called off and will not be played or rescheduled. Cancelling retains the fixture in the system for record-keeping, unlike deleting, which removes all trace of the match.. |

On the right side of the recorder, you’ll see three icons that display key match sheet details. This allows you to view important information without needing to return to the full match sheet.
