There are 3 ways to add teams to leagues via Dribl Web admin:

This article explains how to access each of these options and contains key notes of which teams to expect to see based on the add team to league option selected.


### Add teams to League

Add one or more teams from anywhere in your tenancy to the selected league.

1. [Login ](https://app.dribl.com/signin/)to ***DRIBL*** admin
2. Select the **Leagues **function
3. Select the relevant **Competition **from the drop down list
4. Next to the relevant league, select the **Add teams to League **icon option
5. Select the relevant teams from drop down list to Add
6. Click the **Add Teams button** to complete the process

> 📝 **Visible teams note:** ALL Teams in your tenancy will appear in this list as available to add here, regardless of the Competition or Division each team has been configured with.  
> 📝 In order to be able to differentiate which specific team from each club you are selecting:
> 📝 
> 📝 Access the Competitions function, under the Additional Display Options heading - Tick on: Age Group, Division & Gender display settings.  
> 📝 FYI - switching these display settings on will mean that these settings will also reflect via the front end public match centre. You can re-switch these display settings off post completing the add teams process if required.


### Bulk add teams to League

Add multiple teams to a league in one bulk process by selecting teams that match the required league criteria.

1. [Login ](https://app.dribl.com/signin/)to ***DRIBL*** admin
2. Select the **Leagues **function
3. Select the relevant **Competition **from the drop down list
4. Next to the relevant league, select the **Bulk Add teams to League **icon option
5. Select the criteria you wish to use to match available teams (all criteria are automatically toggled on):

- **Age Group**
- **Division**
- **Gender**
- **Axis**
- **Competition**

> 📝 **Note:** If required, select **Show Teams From Other Comps/Leagues** to display teams outside of the current competition or league.

6. Switch the **Toggle On** next to the each team in the list you wish to Add
7. Click the **Next **button, then **Submit **button to complete the process


### Bulk Team Adjustment

Add one or more teams from anywhere in your tenancy based on allocated status to the selected league.

1. [Login ](https://app.dribl.com/signin/)to ***DRIBL*** admin
2. Select the **Leagues **function
3. Select the relevant **Competition **from the drop down list
4. Select the **Bulk Actions **icon from the options in the top bar
5. Select the **Bulk Team Adjustment** option
6. Select the **Add Team to League** option
7. **Select the relevant league** from the drop down list that you wish to add teams to
8. **Select the team** you wish to add
9. a) Click the Add Adjustment button - Submit Adjustments if this is only team you wish to add *(or)*   b) Repeat steps 6-9 if you wish to add more teams, then click Submit Adjustments once finished

> 📝 **Visible teams note:** The teams that appear as available to select in the list of the Bulk Team Adjustment option are** based on the Toggle selection of Allocated/Unallocated:**

> 📝 *(toggle icon found to the right of the Leagues drop down list)*  
> 📝 **Allocated toggle:** Displays all teams that are already allocated to another league (Irrespective of each teams configured Gender, Competition or Division)  
> 📝 **Unallocated toggle**: Displays any team that has not yet been allocated to any league
