> 📝 Ensure that you have read [Grounds and Fields](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LA/pages/17334273) prior to creating a **Ground**.


Grounds are created and managed by the competition administrators who hold the role of **Body Administrator** in *DRIBL*.

To create a Ground, complete the following steps:

1. [Log in to ](https://app.dribl.com/)*[DRIBL](https://app.dribl.com/)*
2. Select **Grounds **from the **Actions** menu or the main navigation menu.
3. Click **+** **Create** from the task menu. The **Create New Ground **form is displayed.
4. Enter all the required information for the [Ground Settings](#Ground-Settings).
5. Click **Create**.

**Grounds Settings**

| --- | --- |
| **Name** | Provide a name for the Ground, (e.g. *Villa Reserve, Blackrock Stadium*). |
| **Description** | Provide an optional description of the Ground. |
| **Timezone Details** | Set the timezone to use a timezone other than Australia/Sydney for timetabling data entry |
| **Location Details** | **Search**: Enter the name of the Ground to search and automatically populate the Address, Latitude and Longitude details. Alternatively, you can manually enter the details.<br>- **Address**: Specify the address of the Ground.
- **Latitude**: Specify the latitude coordinates of the Ground.
- **Longitude**: Specify the longitude coordinates of the Ground. |
| **Available for Match Assignment** | Select this option to make the Ground available for matches to be assigned. |
