The Divisions function allows you to specify the various divisions/grades that you offer in your competitions. Used to grade teams based on playing levels within the same age group.

Divisions are created and managed by the competition administrators who hold the role of **Body Administrator** in *DRIBL*.

To create a Division, complete the following steps:

1. [Log in to ](https://app.dribl.com)*[DRIBL](https://app.dribl.com)*
2. Select **Division** from the **Actions** menu or the main navigation menu.
3. Click **+** **Create** from the task menu. The **Create Division **form is displayed.
4. Enter all the required information for the Division Settings.
5. Click **Create**.

| **Name** | Provide a name that identifies this division/grade (e.g:  A,B,C,D / 1,2,3,4 / First Grade, Reserve Grade / Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner |
| **Code** | Provide a short abbreviated code name for this division/grade (e.g: A,B,C,D / 1,2,3,4 / FG, RG, Adv, Int, Beg) |
| **Division Rank** | Provide a number that defines the rank of this Division, relative to other divisions. The lower the number => the higher the rank. |
