### Overview

The “Scheduling” process adds the details of: Date, Time & Location to matches that have already been “Fixtured”.

> 📝 Reference - A match that has ben **Fixtured **includes the details of: Home team, Away Team and Round number. How to generate fixtures => [link](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LA/pages/144015390)

### Prerequisites

To begin generating schedules for a League, the following must be completed:

Each club must have setup both their **Home Setting **and** Timetable **availability.

1. **Home Setting** - Define home ground for every club in the relevant competition via the Home Setting function.
2. **Timetable **- Configure the Ground/Field availabilities for every team in the selected league via the [Timetable ](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LA/pages/144015374)function.

### **Leagues Function - Scheduling Colour indicators**

The **Leagues **function displays coloured indicators to indicate if All, Partial or No fixturing has occurred for each round of the league via the relevant “**S**” coloured icon in each grid item as per below:

- Grey – No matches scheduled
- Orange – Partial scheduling complete—this may indicate a bye match for that particular round or that there is a potential fixturing issue => [link](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LA/pages/144015390)
- Green – All matches scheduled

After the [fixturing ](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LA/pages/144015390)process has been completed and matches are visible both in **Leagues** and in **Events**, the next step is to add the details of the Location, Date & Time to the match via the **Scheduling **process.
