Occasionally, we may ask you to provide us with the version number of the app that you have installed on your mobile device in order to help troubleshoot an issue you have reported to our support team.

To determine the version number, using one of the following methods:  
 

#### **Method 1**

1. Open the ***DRIBL ***app.
2. Tap :Hamburger-Menu: (hamburger menu) located in the top left corner to reveal the **side panel**.
3. Locate the version number at the bottom of the side panel.

#### **Method 2**

1. Open the ***DRIBL ***app.
2. Tap :Profile: **Profile** from the navigation bar.
3. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to locate the version number.
