Access to match sheets is granted to any member who holds the role of **Reporter**, **Recorder** or **Referee**.

There are a few scenarios in which you would not be able to access the match sheets. Don’t worry though, this can be easily resolved once you work out which of the following scenarios applies to you.

### **Coaches & Managers**

Coaches and Managers are are automatically assigned the roles of Reporter and Recorder when they are mapped to a team by a [Club Administrator](https://team-dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GS/pages/18120896#Club-Administrator). 

If you cannot access your teams' match sheets, it is most likely that:

- you have not been mapped to a team as yet, or
- the Reporter and Recorder roles have not mapped properly to your member profile, or
- the competition has not yet been published by the Competition Administrator

Contact your Club Administrator and they can grant access to you or advise when the competition will be published.

### **Members**

Club members have the ability to administer the match sheet for a team if they are mapped to the team as a **Reporter** and/or **Recorder**. 

If you cannot access your teams' match sheets, it is most likely that:

- you have not been mapped to a team as a Reporter and/or Recorder
- the competition has not yet been published by the Competition Administrator

Contact your Club Administrator and they can grant access to you or advise when the competition will be published.


### **Club Administrators**

A member can be granted access to all match sheets within their club if they are assigned the role of **Club Reporter** and **Club Recorder**. It is most common for a Club Administrator to be assigned these privileges, however can be assigned to any club member. 

If you cannot access all match sheets for your club, contact your Club Administrator and they can check and resolve for you.

### **Referees**

If you have been allocated as a match official to a match, you will gain access to the match sheet via the ***DRIBL*** app after you have [checked in](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MO/pages/110198821) to the match to mark yourself as present.
