Require some technical support with the Dribl system? have a “how to” question? ..  the Dribl support team are here to help. The Dribl support team can be contacted by logging a support ticket via the Dribl Support Portal. 


1. Visit the ***DRIBL*** Support Portal [login page](/page/support)
2. Login to the portal utilising one of the 3 below methods:

3. There are 4 types of requests that you can lodge with Dribl support - select the request type that is relevant to the request you would like to log from the below options:

- Technical Support
- Bug or Software Issue
- How To
- Suggest An Improvement


4. Fill in all fields to log your request. Please ensure you include as much detail as possible about the request to allow for a prompt response including:

- Which Dribl function are you trying to use (i.e. match sheets, reports, events etc)
- What outcome you are trying to achieve and any associated error messages that you receive that currently prevent you from being able to do so?
- Attach any supporting material (screenshots etc)
