The best method to contact Dribl support is via the [Dribl Support Portal](/page/support).

Once you login to the Dribl Support Portal you will be able to:

- Log new support ticket requests
- View the status of all support tickets that you have logged with Dribl support
- Correspond with the Dribl support team regarding any ticket you have logged


## Access the Dribl Support Portal - 3 options:

### **Create a new Dribl support portal account (if not already created ) **

1. Access the ***DRIBL*** Support Portal [login page](/page/support)
2. Enter your email address

> 📝 You have the option to use the same email address that you currently use for your ***DRIBL*** system access account.  However please note - Your new ***DRIBL*** support portal account your current ***DRIBL*** system access account are separate accounts.

> ℹ️ *If you already have created a Personal Online Support Portal account, you will be prompted to enter your password at this point.

3. Click the black “**Sign up with password**” button.
4. A unique signup link email will be sent to **your email account **specified above entitled “Finish signing up to Dribl Technical Support” in your inbox.

Note - If the email does not arrive within 2 minutes, please also check your spam/junk folders

5. Once you find this email, click the blue **Sign up **button
6. You will now be taken to the sign up page. Please enter your **Full Name** (First name & Last name) and also set a password that you would like to use to access your support account.

> ℹ️ Password must be a minimum of 8 characters. A strong password contains a combination of Capital letters, lower case letters, numbers and special characters.

7. Click the black **Sign up **button
8. You will now be logged into the Personal Online Support Portal


### **Login with your user email address and password (if account is already created)**

1. Access the ***DRIBL*** Support Portal [login page](/page/support)
2. Login to the portal using your Support portal username and password (not your Dribl system account)


### **Reset your password (if you have forgotten your password) **

1. Access the ***DRIBL*** Support Portal [login page](/page/support)
2. Click on the “**Forgotten Password**” link (found under the password field)
3. Check your inbox for the email address that you used for your Personal Online Support Portal account
4. You will receive an email titled “Reset your password”
5. Click on the blue **Reset your password** button and set a new password
