As part of the registration approval process, as a club administrator you may require that anyone registering to your club must provide a form of Identification document in order to verify who they are.

The Dribl platform provides the functionality to capture the ID details and supporting images of

#####  Identification Types

- Birth Certificate
- Licence
- Passport
- Citizenship Certificate
- Statutory Declaration


### How to add an Identification document against a registration

1. [Login](https://app.dribl.com/signin/) to ***DRIBL*** web admin with CA (Club Administrator) Dribl access
2. Select the **Registrations** function
3. Use **Search or Filter** options to find the relevant person record
4. Select the  **Identification **icon (Located right side of relevant member line)
5. Click **Add an Identification** button
6. Select the** Identification Type** drop box, select the relevant [Identification Type ](https://help.dribl.com/space/CL/458653706/Identification#Identification-Types)
7. Fill in all data fields available including: **Reference Number & supporting comments**
8. **Upload **a copy of the ID (Optional) *File type must be: jpg, png or pdf
9. Click the **tick ** icon to save the ID record

The Identification icon  will turn blue to indicate the registration record has an ID attached to it.


### Notes

**Club Administrators**

People with the Dribl access role of CA (Club Administrator) can:

- View and update the ID via the **Members **function by selecting the Identification icon  next to the relevant member line (after the registration record has been approved)
- Add additional ID documents against the member by selecting the Identification icon in next to the relevant member record within the **Members **function.

**Body Administrators**

Only people with the Dribl access role of BA (Body Administrator) can:

- Tick the ‘Sighted' check box and add the relevant date that ID was sighted
- Delete the ID record
