### Overview

Once a [Team is created](https://dribl.refined.site/space/LA/142606356/Create+a+Team), a **CA (Club Administrator)** needs to then map each member to a team. 

Members that are mapped to teams include: Player, coach, manager, staff, team recorder or team reporter.


### Map member to a team via ***DRIBL**** *Web Admin

1. [Login](https://app.dribl.com/signin/) to ***DRIBL*** Web Admin with CA (Club Administrator) Dribl access
2. Select the **Teams **function
3. Use **search or filter **options to locate the relevant team you wish to map members to
4. Click the **Map Members **  icon (Icon located on right side of relevant team line)
5. Select the relevant tab based in the role you wish to map the member to in the selected team: **Players**, **Coaches**, **Managers**, **Staff**, **Team Recorders** or **Team Reporters**

Once tab is selected, this will display a list of the available members to map to this role.

> 📝 Note: For a member to be listed as available to be mapped to a role, they must be registered to that relevant role. This applies to all mapping except for mapping of Team Reporters or Team Recorders, of which anyone can be mapped to perform that role.

6. Search for the relevant member on the left hand side of screen from the **Available Members** list and then click '**+**' icon circle next the the relevant member to add that member to the team.

> 📝 Coaches and Managers are automatically added as Team Recorders and Team Reporters when they are assigned to their roles.


### Allocate a member to multiple teams via ***DRIBL**** *Web Admin 

Dribl supports the ability for players, coaches and managers to be mapped or assigned to multiple teams.

By default, the Team Mapper only displays members that have not yet been allocated to a team in the Available Members list.

If a player, coach or manager is already mapped to another team, click on the **Allocated/Unallocated ** toggle button on the Team Mapper to display these members.

If they still don't appear as an available member, check if **Allocation Restrictions** are being enforced on the competition or individual member.

Map member to a team via ***DRIBL ***Mobile App

1. Login to the ***DRIBL*** App with CA (Club Administrator) Dribl access
2. Tap **My Hub **option
3. Swipe left to select the **Members** tab
4. Select the relevant member.
5. Tap **Add as a Player/Coach to a Team**.
6. Choose the club and team.
7. Tap **Save** to confirm.
