Registrations may be rejected for a number of reasons and are performed at the discretion of each club.

A registration that was initially approved in the member registration system, **Dribl Connect** or 3rd-party systems such as Play Football, can be rejected in the competition management system if it has a status of '**Awaiting Approval**'.

Any registrations with a status of '**Completed**' cannot be rejected and the Club will need to follow the process of deregistering the member instead.


To reject registrations, complete the following steps:

> Select **Registrations** from the **Actions** menu or the main navigation menu.
>

> Use the filter to list all registrations with a status of “**Awaiting Approval**”.
> 
> > ❌ Registrations with a status of **Integrity Error** indicate that there is an error with the data. Learn how to clear an integrity error.

> Select from one of the following options to approve a registration:
> 
> 
> **Option 1:** **Immediately reject an individual registration**
> 
> To reject an individual registration immediately without reviewing the details, locate the registration and click on the **Reject **icon.
> 
> 
> **Option 2:** **Immediately reject multiple registrations**
> 
> To reject multiple registrations immediately without reviewing the details, select the checkbox for each registration you want to reject or select the first checkbox in the column to select all registrations. Click the **Reject** icon.

> **Option 3:** **Review an individual registration prior to rejecting**
> 
> Click on the **Review** icon to open the registration and check the registration details. Scroll to the bottom of the form and click **Reject**.

> > ⚠️ If a registration has been rejected unintentionally, submit a request to Dribl Support.
