--- title: "View & Manage Certificates" canonical: "https://help.dribl.com/space/CL/147095574/View%20%26%20Manage%20Certificates" format: markdown --- **How to check which certificates each of your club coaches and managers have in Dribl** There are 3 methods to view which certificates each of your club coaches and managers have in Dribl: [A) Via Report Export (view all only in report format)](https://dribl.refined.site/space/CL/147095574/Certificates+-+View+&+Manage#A)-Via-Report-Export-(view-all)) [B) Via Member record (view & modify for individual certificate details)](https://dribl.refined.site/space/CL/147095574/Certificates+-+View+&+Manage#B)-Via-Member-record-(view-&-modify-for-individual-certificate-details)) [C) Via the Team Mapping process (view individual status)](https://dribl.refined.site/space/CL/147095574/Certificates+-+View+&+Manage#C)-Via-the-Team-Mapping-process) ### > Macro (anchor) A) Via Report Export (view all) You can view which certificates all of your coaches and managers have in bulk via a report export, as per below steps: Note: Ensure that you have first uploaded and added all relevant certificate details for each of your members into Dribl – How to article => [How to upload and add certificate details for your members](https://dribl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CL/pages/147095584) Once all certificate details for each of your members has been entered into Dribl proceed to follow the below steps: 1. Click on the Members tab 2. Click on the “**Export**” icon and then select the “**Team Coaches & Managers**” option ![image](media://d9af5c8e-8421-4503-92e3-d5219d2fd447) 3. Click on the **Exports** tab You will see as the file is being generated the Status will show “**In Queue**” To refresh the view of the file generation status, click on the **refresh** button within the Dribl system ![image](media://89d33b74-0319-4678-a625-c4a7da3f68c1)  Once the file has been generated the status will change to “Complete” and you will now be able to Download the file ![image](media://9c4fef0c-4819-49d2-bdf4-f0b77c82dc11) 4. Open the file once it downloads click on Open 5. Once the File will opens in Excel (or your equivalent spreadsheet viewer program), click on the 2nd tab “Certificates” and you will be able to see a report of all certificate details for all your coaches and managers. Such details include: Certificate Number, Certificate Body, Certificate Expiry Date and Certificate Type 6. Once in excel you can now manage the data to sort by date and/or filter by certificate type etc ![image](media://23290e7a-8ace-49d9-8260-ddce4ffe7750) *Note – You can only report on the certificates that your club coaches and managers have.* --- ### > Macro (anchor) B) Via Member record (view & modify for individual certificate details) You can view which certificates your coaches and managers have by accessing each individual member record as per below steps: 1. Click on the **Members** tab and search for the individual you wish to check certifications for. 2. From here you can view any General certificate details such as PBTR – Child Protection and Safeguarding and/or PBTR – Harassment and Discrimination certificate details If any of the details have changed and need to be updated, you can click on the Pencil icon to edit the details ![image](media://86da1c4d-b324-4f6d-bfd1-ca5bfd942da1) *You can then also click on the “Coaching” tab to view the coach or managers coaching certificates.*   --- ### > Macro (anchor) C) Via the Team Mapping process You can view which certificates your coaches and managers have during the Team Mapping process by following the below steps: 1. Select the **Teams** menu and then click on the **Map Members** icon next to the team you wish to allocate the coach and/or manager to: ![image](media://4d1c70b8-7624-40dc-9e15-90c1b04eca83) 2. Click on the **Coaches **or **Managers **tab to view the Coaches or Managers that are available to be mapped to the team and/or those that have already been mapped to a team (Allocated/Unallocated toggle) You will now quickly be able to see if the Coach or Manager does / does not / or has some of the required certificates via the 2 icons below: - **Click **on CertificateIcon (left) - to see all “**General Certificates**” required and current status - **Click **on CertificateIcon (right) - to see all “**Coach Certificates**” required and current status > ℹ️ Example of coach mapping with current certificate status displayed.
