My email is registered to another member account

If you have logged into Dribl and a family member's profile is displayed instead, chances are that you may have accidentally activated their account instead of your own or they activated their account with your email address.

To resolve this, you will need to deactivate the account email address on their account using these steps:


  1. Open the DRIBL app.
  2. Tap Profile from the navigation bar.
  3. Tap Account & security from within the Settings options.
  4. Tap on Deactivate within the Deactivate account setting.
  5. Tap on Deactivate to confirm.


The email account will be deactivated immediately and you will need to follow the steps to activate your member account.
