Apply Member Offence Manually

Overview

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to manually add an offence to a member, including relevant details and instructions to ensure accurate tracking of member offences within the system.

 

  1. Log in to Dribl.
  2. Click on Members.
  3. Search for the Member(s).
  4. In the Search bar, you can narrow down your search by entering the FFA / Dribl number or the first and last name of the player you wish to view.
  5. Click on Add New Offence
  6. Enter Offence Details.
Offence Type (match or date)
Offence Date
First Offence
Select branch season
Second Offence
Final Offence
Add Team (The role of the member)
Notes (additional information)

Note: If the team is not listed, it can be left blank, but this means the auto-processing rule will not take effect for this offence.

  1. Click on Create
  2. Verify Suspension Application

To confirm that the suspension has been correctly applied, you can follow these steps:

  1.  Click on Member Offences to view a list of offences associated with the member.
  2. Check the match sheet of the member's next match to ensure they are listed as suspended.

By following these steps, you can manually add an offence to a member, ensuring accurate tracking and management of member offences within the system. This process helps maintain a record of disciplinary actions and supports the effective administration of sports or organisational rules and regulations.
