Merchandise Catalogue

Overview In this article you will learn how to create a catalogue of merchandise that is available through your club store.

To create a catalogue:

• Create product categories.
• Create product attributes: sizes, colours and lengths.
• Create catalogue items.

Complete the following steps:

1. Log in to Dribl. If you are a Body Administrator, select the relevant club.

2. Select Stores from the Actions menu or the main navigation menu.

3. Clickto enter your store.

Create product categories

1. Select Categories. Categories that you have already created will be listed here.

2. Click +(Add) from the task menu. The Create Category form is displayed.

3. Enter the name of the category, e.g. Player Kit.

4. Enter a description of the category, e.g. Player Shorts and Socks

5. Click Create.

6. Create additional categories as required.

Create product attributes

1. Select Attributes. Attributes that you have already created will be listed here.

2. Click +(Add) from the task menu. The Create Attribute Set form is displayed.

3. Enter the name of the attribute set, e.g. Player Socks, Player Shorts.

4. Select the type of attribute set: Sizes, Colours, Lengths.

5. Click +(Add Element) to create the attribute set.

6. Enter the element name and text for the attribute, e,g. for size, enter S, small.

7. Create additional elements as required, e.g.  for size, create additional elements for M, L, XL and XXL.

Create catalogue items

This is where you create the individual items that will appear in your catalogue.

1. Select Catalogue. Items that you have already created will be listed here.

2. Click +(Add) from the task menu. The Create Catalogue Item form is displayed.

3. Enter all the relevant information for the item.

   Name	Enter the name of the catalogue item, e.g. Players Shorts.
   SKU	Enter the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) Code. This can be any type of reference to your product.
   Description	Enter the product description.
   Price	Enter the price per unit.
   Categories	Enter the categories that the item will appear under.
   Options	Enter the product options. These are the product attributes you created earlier.
   Sold out	Select Yes if the item has been sold out.
   Catalogue images	Click Add image to upload one or more product images.
   Sale Active	If the item will be on sale during a specific period, select Yes, enter the sale period, and enter the fixed value or percentage value of the discount.

4. Click Create. The item will appear in the catalogue and will be available for purchase through the club store.

5. Create additional items as required.
