Enabled migration of referee data to new seasons for all branches where referee admins, hub admins, panels, rate cards, zones, and hubs were not carried over.

Added a rule to enforce that if a club has not set their connected account, no registrations can be made for that club.

Connected accounts are set by a Financial Controller. To set a connected account, select Connect Account from the Actions menu in the club area.
