OverviewOnce allocations have been published by the referee administrators, the referees are required to review and accept those allocations. At times the referee may have unforeseen circumstances that do not allow them to accept an allocation. The referee can request contact in this situation to communicate with the referee administrators. |
To request contact with a referee administrator, complete the following steps:

Open and log in to the DRIBL mobile app.

From the Home screen, select the View Schedule tab.

Select the date of interest and see if any allocations require your acceptance.

Select the allocation and then tap Request Contact.

Enter a comment regarding the issue with the allocation and then tap Submit. A referee administrator will contact you to discuss the allocation.
