Once a Team is created, a Competition Administrator or Club Administrator needs to map members to the team. A member can be a player, coach, manager, staff, team recorder or team reporter.
To map a member to a team, complete the following steps:
Select Teams from the Actions menu or the main navigation menu.
Click Map Membersfrom the Actions menu for the team you want to map a member to.You can also locate a specific team by using the Searchand Filteroptions.
Select either the Players, Coaches, Managers, Staff, Team Recorders or Team Reporters tab to view a list of the available members based on each respective role.
- Select or search for a member from the Available Members list and then click Add Memberto add the member to the team.
Coaches and Managers are automatically added as Team Recorders and Team Reporters when they are assigned to their roles.
