OverviewHubs provide a simple way to create regions—consisting of a number of grounds—in which a referee can officiate games. (A referee in this context may be a qualified referee or any club member who is competent to act as a referee.) Hubs specifically enable associations and clubs to allocate suitably capable officials to matches within a hub context. Hubs are created by Referee Administrators of a hub branch. Not all associations have a hub branch.
