Overview

In this article you will learn how to raise a dispute in the Dribl digital match sheet as part of game day administration.

If the match was completed but a reporter from either team identifies an issue with the match sheet information, such as an incorrect card issued or incorrect goal scorer, they can raise a dispute to the association, who will investigate and resolve the issue.

To raise a dispute, complete the following steps:

  1. Open and log in to the DRIBL mobile app.

  2. From the Home screen, select the relevant match.

  3. Select the Match Sheet tab and then select Disputes from the Post Game section. The Disputes screen is displayed.

  4. Tap + or Add Dispute. The Add Dispute screen is displayed.

  5. Tap Title and type a brief description of the nature of the dispute.

  6. Supporting commentary needs to be provided as part of the submission. Tap Comments and type a clear and concise description of the dispute.

  7. Review all details to ensure they are correct and then tap Submit. A notification is sent to the association, who will act on the dispute.

  8. The Match Sheet is displayed. The Disputes section will show that the dispute has been entered.
