Reset your password

Forget your password or having trouble logging in? We’ve been there as well. Time for a reset.

Mobile App

  1. Open the DRIBL app on your device.
  2. Tap I have an account
  3. Tap Trouble logging in?
  4. Enter your email address and tap Next
  5. Tap Login to return to the login screen
  6. If your account exists in Dribl, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Locate the email we sent you and click on the link to reset your password.
  7. Enter and confirm your password, then proceed to clicking on Update Password
  8. Return to the DRIBL app on your device and proceed to login.

 

Web Browser

  1. Go to the password reset page
  2. Enter the email address you use for Dribl
  3. We will need to make sure you're a human and not a robot. Select the I'm not a robot checkbox
  4. Click on Reset Password 
  5. If your account exists in Dribl, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Locate the email we sent you and click on the link to reset your password.

 

If you’ve requested the reset link more than once, make sure you're using the right email address. Check your SPAM or Junk Mail folders in case it has been delivered there. 

If you don't receive the confirmation email, contact our support team.
